“staff is nice and main areas are nice and clean! had issues with our room a couple of times”

“Toooooo hot in the room. No A/C available; only an old fan moving the hot air. Difficult to breathe. Very very little room, without table and chair to work (in my case) or to seat in a place different to the bed. I ask in reception to change my room; nothing else available. “Muy bien”

“Está muy bien y el desayuno muy rico”

“Un hermoso hotel y un restaurant muy bueno ”

“Really appreciated being able to check in late having had to travel to Peterborough because of NATs issue. The gentleman on reception also leant us a charger”
